Rules for the iPad Drawing
HOW TO ENTER: Any person who makes a contribution to KDB by phone, through the mail (KDB, Santa Barbara Foundations KDB Fund, 1111 Chapala Street, Santa Barbara, CA 93101) or on-line through the KDB secure pledge site (www.kdb.com) beginning April 13, 2013, will be entered in the drawing.
Drawing Prize: iPad 2 (black) valued at $399 with WiFi* connection capability (see link for full description: http://store.apple.com/us/buy/home/shop_ipad/family/ipad2?product=IPAD2 ) and an iTunes gift card valued at $100.
*Option for prize winner to pay difference to upgrade iPad 2
to include connectivity to AT&T or Verizon 3G networks.
SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION OF WINNER: The winner will be selected by random
drawing from all valid entries on May 13, 2013. Winner will be notified by telephone, mail or email.
ELIGIBILITY: Employees of KDB Radio, their immediate family, or persons living in the
same household are prohibited from entering. The drawings are open to any United States
resident 18 years or older. Void where prohibited by law. One entry per household.
GENERAL RULES: By participating in the KDB iPad 2 Drawing, participants agree to these
official rules, and warrant that KDB and related organizations, their agents and employees, will
have no liability whatsoever for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind resulting from their
use of prizes or their participation in the drawing.
